How many days of use does each fraction have and how are they allocated?

Each fraction enjoys ~45 days/year (≈42 nights in 3 blocks of 14) distributed in High/Mid/Low, with annual rotation of the order of choice so that all access attractive seasons equally.

What does 360° management (Noulivin) include?

Integral maintenance, professional cleaning, concierge, administration and financial follow-up; interior design/equipment support and, if the partner agreement allows it, rental management. Everything ready to arrive and enjoy without formalities or suppliers.

Can I rent my unused weeks?

Yes, subject to the agreement of the co-owners. Stays of minimum 30 days apply and can be managed by Noulivin in accordance with the partners’ agreement and local regulations.

How is the exit or resale of my fraction?

From year 1 you can sell your fraction on the secondary market or through the platform. There is a right of first refusal for the other partners and the price is usually aligned with the revaluation of the property and the demand for fractions.
