COMMISSIONS:
● 50% of the total commission paid to Nolab.
● Nolab’s commissions on most projects range from 3% to 6%, it will be
to consult with the Sales Department to know the commissions for each of the
project. In order for this commission to apply, the broker must accompany the client to all the
appointments to be made. In the event that the broker does not attend the appointment with his client and is attended to
Nolab’s team only, the shared commission will be 30% of the total amount of the
commission paid to Nolab.
APPOINTMENTS TO THE DEVELOPMENTS:- All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance for the
Nolab projects. - Confirmation from the Nolab team will be required in order to be able to bring to the
customer to the appointment.
